Josue Payamps, 33, was working an administrative job for a security company at the Holiday Inn’s LaGuardia West site on 10th Street near 37th Avenue in Dutch Kills – which is being used to house migrants – when he got into a fight with one of the asylum seekers on Sept. 5, the sources said. Payamps was fired from the company following the violent feud with the 28-year-old migrant, the sources said. But he returned to the hotel around 8:30 p.m. the same day and got into another fight with the same man, according to the sources.
